FASTSIGNS® Recognized for 10 Years of Outstanding Franchisee Satisfaction
Categories: NewsCARROLLTON, Texas (March 25, 2015) – Demonstrating reliable performance through 10 consistent years of annual placement in Franchise Business Review’s (FBR) Top Franchises list, FASTSIGNS International, Inc. has been named one of the inaugural inductees to FBR’s Hall Of Fame.
The worldwide franchisor of more than 570 FASTSIGNS® sign, graphics and visual communications centers in nine countries was one of 10 franchisors to be the first members in this elite category. To be considered in FBR’s lists, franchisors must participate in its free benchmark franchisee satisfaction survey. FASTSIGNS was reviewed recently by 44 percent of its franchise system and received an overall rating of 4.2 out of 5. This ranked the franchise No. 14 in FBR’s Top 50 Franchises list, No. 10 in its list of franchise systems with more than 250 units and No. 2 in the business services category.
“Our franchisees’ success and satisfaction is a key priority of our company,” said Mark Jameson, Executive Vice President of Franchise Support & Development of FASTSIGNS International, Inc. “We believe our efforts to support our franchise partners in all segments of their business are reflected in the results of this survey as well as other industry resources. For any brand to excel year over year, a cohesive franchise model driven by franchisees supported by a strong corporate team is critical. This survey proves that this is just what FASTSIGNS has accomplished and continues to strive for every year.”
FASTSIGNS offers New Center, Co-Brand and Conversion franchise opportunities. As the leading brand name in the sign and graphics industry, the company offers the latest technology, cost savings through relationships with national vendors and suppliers, comprehensive marketing and visual communications solutions and the benefits that come from networking with FASTSIGNS centers nationwide.
For Mira Mesa-North San Diego franchise partner Victoria Crane and her husband, a solid support system and wealth of expertise attracted her to FASTSIGNS. Crane, who most recently was in marketing and sales for private equity firms and hedge funds, explained, “FASTSIGNS goes above and beyond what other sign franchises offer in terms of business strategy, technology focus, industry experience and support. Plus, with FASTSIGNS in-house team of experts, it’s like I have more than 100 employees working for me on top of a network of 500-plus franchisees that I can call on at any time for guidance and advice. Before I opened my center, I landed a large multi-sign electrical contract that would be a challenge even for people who have been in the business for a while. I was able to work closely on a regular basis with a few franchisees as well as the FASTSIGNS corporate support team and effectively completed the project.”
Beyond the FBR 50 and Hall of Fame recognition, Franchise Business Review also recognizes FASTSIGNS as one of the top franchises for military veterans.
